Bizway Update: Create Plans In Minutes

As an entrepreneur, every day I sit at my desk and either:

• Lookover a plan I've written and dive into a task that needs doing;
• Reassess the performance of old plans and decide if they are still a good idea; or
• Begin the process of writing a new plan.

Planning is foundational to entrepreneurship. It is, quite literally, the act of allocating resources--which is the essence of being an entrepreneur.

But the mechanics of planning--writing an outline, listing steps or tasks, weighing expected outcomes against expected costs--haven't changed much.

And they're quite repetitive.

Often, the actual 'writing' of a plan takes up more time than thinking about the plan you wish you had in place.

This latest update aims to help you streamline the process of creating actionable plans for your business, based on simply giving Bizway an objective to aim toward.

What's changed that makes this possible with Bizway?

1. Bizway already has the necessary context about your business to create tailored plans;
2. GPT-4 is intelligent enough now to interpret the background context and create a roadmap of tasks to get you to an objective;
3. You have the condensed knowledge of the internet--every planning example, template and framework--at your fingertips with an AI assistant that can match it with your unique business.

How does it work?

Biz projects are still made up of pages that store your business details, like target market, products, marketing channels.

Now, however, you can take that saved information and convert it into Plans.

Simply click 'Create a plan', state your objective, set a timeline and how many tasks you'd like Bizway to generate in your plan, and wait a minute for it to generate.

The output is:

• A written plan outline document;
• A list of tasks will be generated and stored to your new Plan page; and
• You can keep track of your progress by checking tasks as complete, storing notes and asking Bizway's AI Assist to help you with any tasks along the way.

It should give a whole new way for you to make progress on your business ideas, initiatives and projects. Whether you are starting a new business from scratch, or just need some help mapping out projects within an existing business.
